Privacy policy

This page explains what Anjok Technologies collects when you use Anjok Festival FX.

When you sign up

We store your name, email address, and — if you give them — your company name, website and phone number. Your password is stored only as a secure hash. We also record the date and network (IP) address of your sign-up and your most recent login, to protect accounts from abuse.

When the animation runs on your website

Each time a page with your code opens, the script asks our server which festival to show. To show you where your code is installed, we record the address of that page without its query string (for example https://yourshop.com/products), how many times it was opened, and when it was first and last seen.

We do not build any record of your visitors: the script sets no cookies, we store no names or visitor IP addresses in our database, and nothing tracks people across sites. (Like any web server, ours may keep short-lived technical access logs.) The script only remembers in the visitor's own browser, for that browser session, that they closed the greeting.

Payments

You pay for lifetime access directly by UPI or bank transfer in your own payment app. We never see your bank login, UPI PIN or card details. We store only the transaction ID you enter, the amount and the date, so we can match your payment and switch on your access. If you send a payment screenshot on WhatsApp, it is used only to confirm your payment.

Who can see your data

You can see your own data in your dashboard. Anjok Technologies administrators can see account details and the list of pages where your code runs, to provide support and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data.

Deleting your data

Ask Anjok Technologies to delete your account and all of its data at any time.
